Refunds

• Significant shipping damage, including crushed corners or severe bends
• Major printing defects affecting readability
• Two or more torn pages
• Two or more missing pages

Minor cosmetic imperfections, slight corner wear, or small dents caused during shipping may not qualify for a return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Books marked as "Final Sale"
• Items reported after 24 hours of delivery
• Products showing signs of misuse or intentional damage

Missing or Incorrect Orders
